Peekskill Senior Group Risks Disappearing' At Croton Magic Show

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Members of the Peekskill Senior Center recently visited the Bethel Springvale Inn Assisted Living Residence for an afternoon of magic tricks.

Almost 75 members experienced levitation, sleight of hand, card tricks and mind games from magician and Inn chef Michael Bochar during the lunchtime visit. Bochar set a tone of audience participation for the seniors.

When asked to be Bochar's assistant, Peekskill senior Richard Eder said "Sure! And I can make that cake disappear, too, if you like."

Bochar levitated a table for the show's finale. He dedicated the act to his mother.
